Comics

Comics have always been a huge interest of mine. When I was a kid, my Memaw would bring out of date copies of Shonen Jump home for me from the Hastings where she worked, and I would devour them greedily. Despite always being a step behind in my favorite manga (though at the time, I did not know the word "manga" as I was the only weeb I knew in my tiny hometown), I always enjoyed the art styles and the storytelling--especially when the plots were wacky!

As an adult, I've leaned more into the zine and graphic novel area of the comic book universe, and I dabble in one-off strips and pages. At any given time, you can assume I have at least three ongoing project ideas for comics in some form or fashion.

I am currently focused on Radio Star, but there is also SurReal Life, and the in-progress indie zine Sidewalk Nightwalks. Check back as I will update this collection from time to time!
